Mussels with amatriciana sauce

In a big saucepan or frying pan, add the amatriciana sauce with an excellent glug of olive oil and convey it as much as a delicate bubble.
Add the mussels and toss within the sauce. Pop a lid on and proceed to cook dinner, shaking about often, for about 10 minutes, till the mussels have opened. Take away the lid and convey up the warmth; a little bit of liquid can have come out of the mussels, so cut back this down for a few minutes till the sauce is thick once more.
